1. Data controller

2. What data we process
Through the quote request form we collect: company name, VAT ID, full name, business email address, phone number (optional), country, delivery location, planned volume, order frequency and the content of your message. We may receive the same data when you contact us by email or phone.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Responding to your enquiry and preparing a commercial offer - Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken prior to entering into a contract) and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (the Controller’s legitimate interest in corresponding with business partners).
- Establishing, pursuing or defending legal claims - Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
- Analysing website traffic with Google Analytics - only on the basis of your consent, Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.
4. Retention period
Enquiry data is kept for as long as needed to prepare an offer and conduct negotiations; if no cooperation follows, no longer than [12 months] from the last contact. If a contract is concluded, data is kept for the period required by law, including tax regulations. Analytics data is retained in line with Google Analytics settings, no longer than [14 months].
5. Recipients
Data may be shared with providers of services necessary to run the website and handle correspondence: the website hosting provider (Cloudflare, Inc.), the provider of the contact-form email delivery service (Resend, Inc.) and the Controller’s mailbox provider and, if you consent, Google Ireland Limited (Google Analytics). Using Google services may involve transferring data to the USA on the basis of standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict its processing, receive it in a portable format and object to processing based on legitimate interest. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland) or the supervisory authority in your country.
7. Providing data
Providing data is voluntary but necessary to respond to a quote request. Data is not used for automated decision-making or profiling.
8. Cookies
The website stores essential technical information in your browser (such as your cookie choice). Google Analytics cookies are used only after you give consent in the banner. You can change your choice at any time using the “Cookie settings” button in the footer or in your browser settings.
